Neonatal & Children Emergency Transport (NICU/PICU)
The Neonatal Transport with a specially trained team are capable of transporting the smallest and sickest infants from anywhere to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) when they require the highest level of care and sub-specialists that can only be provided at a Level III Regional NICU.
The Transport Team functions as a complete mobile ICU, utilizing a specialized portable incubator with an integrated ventilator and monitor so that the patient remains fully supported throughout the transport process.
Depending on the degree of illness and distance, the team transports babies by ambulance, helicopter, or airplane. When appropriate, the team also provides return transport to the referring facility.

Air ambulance service is Bed to Bed service along with critical medical recommendations by our medical team experts considering current patient condition compares with situation and condition from inadequate hospital to adequate hospital with having standard international service to make sure our valuable clients are in a good hand.
Sea Ambulance
Sea ambulance service is an emergency medical care and evacuation using boat in island areas such as Nusa Penida and Lembongan, Gili Islands in Lombok, and other tourism spots.

Commercial Stretcher Service
Commercial Stretcher services are patient transportation using airlines. This service is suitable for patients who are in stable condition but are unable to sit in standard airline seats during flight, takeoff and landing.
Most patients and their families also prefer using commercial stretcher service because it offers a more economical alternative that provides the same level of medical care as air ambulance.
Generally, this service is required by someone who has fallen ill in foreign country and requires repatriation or medical evacuation.
Commercial stretchers are available for both domestic and international flights through selected commercial airlines. These services require significant planning and coordination.

Arranging transportation for individual’s bodily remains back to their area of principal residence. ER Indonesia has direct cooperation with some commercial airlines by the Cargo department to process all requirements needed to make sure the deceased will be taken care of and received by family members.
Since this pandemic, ER Indonesia has learned new things in regards to infectious diseases that are not allowed to be repatriated but most of our clients doing a cremation of the deceased and package the urn to be sent to the family.
