ER Indonesia’s neonatal transport service is handled by a specialized team trained to care for critically ill babies, transferring them from the referring hospital to intensive care units (NICU or PICU). Most patients require the highest level of care at a Level III Regional NICU.

We use mobile ICU-standard units equipped with portable incubators, ventilators, and integrated medical monitors to ensure full support throughout the journey.

Evacuation can be done by ambulance, helicopter, or dedicated aircraft, depending on the patient’s condition and travel distance. Return transport to the original facility is also available, subject to medical approval.
